Just because it’s a holiday week does not mean you need to go crazy on eating a bunch of garbage.

Yes enjoy the family, friends and holiday spirit – but if you’re going to indulge, do so in a manner that’s respectable to your body.

Nothing is worse than eating yourself in the “grave” then have to do all that extra work to get it off just in time for the next holiday.

Be good to yourself this week and mentally prepare on your portions.
