Thank you to all my friends and family for checking on me. I’m enjoying the surprise phone calls from people I haven’t spoke to in years, great to have a little extra time to do so.
Just take it one day at a time, don’t try to figure it out, drown yourself in media or sit at home stagnant.
We still have a great deal to be thankful for, and extra prayers for the doctors and nurses on the front line.

Never forget the core, abs, calves and stretching can be added to each workout. They are small but very important areas to focus your energy on.
Nothing worse than a guy with a big upper body, no calves and no abs.
