Group Training is a great way to get in shape while enjoying the company of your fellow fitness friends for a challenging workout session. We have open time slots with active clients that you can join, or better yet – call your friends and start a fitness revolution.
When signing up for small group training, you will still get that 1-on-1 attention as you’d get with personal training. During your session, all clients perform the same movements with different progressions and regressions, and you’ll be safely directed every step of the way by your training coach.
