Hip thrust goal: 315 lbs. this week 405 lbs. next week. Major focus on legs and booty which helps with overall muscle development.
Guys and girls – if youโ€™re not hitting legs twice a week then youโ€™ll always be struggling to maintain a lean physique.
For men the twice a week rule helps increase testosterone – which helps other parts of your body grow as well.
Girls you know the benefits – no need to even say it!

Itโ€™s been almost 3 years since my accident, old lady ran my ass over while riding my mountain bike.
Had to relive the โ€œgrowing painsโ€ I had to go through getting to where I was right before I got it hit. Lower back scars ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿป
This has by far been the largest physical challenge of my life – but itโ€™s all been worth it.
To be back to an almost full recovery – very thankful and you can do anything you set your mind to.
Never doubt your inner strength – and please stop wearing masks while driving alone in your own damn car!

How long has it been since you played in the dirt? There a lot to be said about the benefit of gardening – not just for the fresh organic food.
Getting your hands dirty in the garden can increase your serotonin levels โ€“ contact with soil and a specific soil bacteria, Mycobacterium vaccae, triggers the release of serotonin in our brain according to research. Serotonin is a happy chemical, a natural anti-depressant and strengthens the immune system. Lack of serotonin in the brain causes depression.
Ironically, in the face of our hyper-hygienic, germicidal, protective clothing, obsessive health-and-safety society, thereโ€™s been a lot of interesting research emerging in recent years regarding how good dirt is for us, and dirt-deficiency in childhood is implicated in contributing to quite a spectrum of illnesses including allergies, asthma and mental disorders.
At least now I have a new insight into why I compulsively garden without gloves and have always loved the feeling of getting my bare hands into the dirt and compost heap.
