Training sessions will be custom tailored to your favorite activities upon your request. The trainer will create mind-blowing workouts that continue to change your body with each session. The workouts are typically a combination of: boxing, swimming, running, yoga, weights, resistance bands, and stretching exercises.

Outdoor workouts are well suited for small groups or on a one-on-one basis, whichever your prefer. The outdoor workouts are conducted at: local parks, sandy beaches and high schools throughout the San Diego area.
