The pictures of your meals are important to upload, this will offer some insight on your portions, color combinations, and how raw or cooked your foods are. The food journal takes 1-2 minutes to complete, so make sure you make this a daily habit – set a reminder on your mobile device.
Now that you have read each article, it’s time to implement and apply the knowledge you have into your new lifestyle.
